WRITE ON BOWEN
FESTIVAL OF READERS & WRITERS
Saturday, September 16 & Sunday, September 17, 2023

Pauline Le Bel
Pauline Le Bel is an award-winning novelist, Emmy-nominated screenwriter (The Song Spinner), a poet, singer/songwriter with five CDs of her original songs and the author of two non-fiction books, Becoming Intimate with the Earth and Whale in the Door: A Community Unites to Protect BC’s Howe Sound. In an earlier life, she starred in musical theatre productions across the country and was called “a musical instrument linked to a soul” for her passionate portrayal of chanteuse, Edith Piaf, in a play she co-wrote. Pauline is the founder and creative director of Knowing Our Place, a Bowen reconciliation initiative.
When Pauline Le Bel learned the Universe Story from physicist, Brian Swimme, fifteen years ago, it changed her life. Her musical, poetic, interactive version of the story has delighted young and old at conferences, in schools and churches. Thrill to the greatest love story we have ever known, as you take a lighthearted dive into our deep time story.
