Pauline Le Bel is an award-winning novelist, Emmy-nominated screenwriter (The Song Spinner) a poet, singer/songwriter with 5 CDs of her original songs and the author of two non-fiction books, Becoming Intimate with the Earth and Whale in the Door: A Community Unites to Protect BC’s Howe Sound. In an earlier life, she starred in musical theatre productions across the country and was called “a musical instrument linked to a soul” for her passionate portrayal of chanteuse, Edith Piaf, in a play she co-wrote.
