The Early-Bird Full Festival pass includes:


  • Saturday morning official welcome

  • Four two-hour workshops (two on Saturday and two on Sunday)

  • Luncheon event featuring the Darling Axe presenting: Murder Your Darlings editing webinar -- an interactive mini-workshop (includes delicious catered lunch )

  • Saturday Reception

  • Sunday morning refreshments

Please note:  This pass DOES NOT INCLUDE the Saturday Literary Cabaret and the Sunday lunchtime event, Writing the Island. Advance, discounted tickets for those event must be purchased separately. Discounted, early-bird passes and tickets are only available until July 31. Workshop seating is limited to 18 people per session. Single workshop registration and individual tickets will go on sale August 1.

    Writing the Island, is a guided, gentle, literary walk Bowen Island’s history, character and spirit. Participants will encounter writing prompts, reflections, and moments of observation designed to spark new creative work inspired by the island itself. The ticket includes a delicious bag lunch.
